JD Vision, operated by JDKustomz (collectively, “JD Vision,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the JD Vision website, customer portal, Google sign-in, product registration, pre-order process, and related customer services, and how we use and protect that information.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use JD Vision services, we may collect:

• Account information: your name, username, email address, account identifier, and authentication information.
• Google sign-in information: when you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google may provide your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier. We use this information only to create, secure, and manage your JD Vision account.
• Contact and order information: your phone number, shipping address, product selections, order status, and customer-support communications.
• Vehicle and product information: vehicle year, make, model, trim or body style, JD Vision Unit ID, activation information, installed software version, theme selections, and update history.
• Technical information: device, browser, network, diagnostic, security, and usage information that may be generated when you access the website or portal.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, and protect customer accounts.
• Register and support JD Vision units and vehicle profiles.
• Process pre-orders, arrange delivery, and provide order updates.
• Deliver unit-specific software, theme updates, and technical support.
• Respond to customer questions and service requests.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, diagnose problems, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. JD Vision does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Square processes payment information under its own privacy policy and security practices.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate JD Vision, including Google and Firebase for account authentication and cloud services, Square for payment processing, and providers supporting website hosting, communications, delivery, security, and customer service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or JD Vision, or as part of a business transfer.

Google user data

JD Vision’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account information is used to provide sign-in and account-management features and is not used for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain product and order records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of your JD Vision account and associated personal information, email jdkingauto@gmail.com. We may retain limited information when legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, security, warranty, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should use a strong, unique password and protect access to their email and Google accounts.

Children’s privacy

JD Vision services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version became effective.
